Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI really love looking at this picture! The eyes are incredibly well done, I feel as though they are staring into me. Your background and branches are very nicely done too.
I would have done the back a bit differently- to try and convey the spiky furryness of the racoon- the lump in his neck looks painful. Adding more textures and layers of colour may have helped here, as well as having more upwards strokes, indicating the direction of the fur.
I feel that you captured the face and ears perfectly. The shading around the eyes really contributes to the live quality that it emanates.
All in all, a well done piece.
